"The World Cup will not change Brazil at all," he said. "Things such as education, beatexcellenthappyhealthpovertypredictedsolveto show[?] and violence will not change. What happens is that you have a state of euphoria where people are beatexcellenthappyhealthpovertypredictedsolveto show[?] for a period of time, but structurally the country doesn't change."
